"The franchise 'Mystery on TV' gained strength with simple but captivating police plots. Three films have already been released, always with the same classic structure of police productions. In 'Morning Show Mysteries: Countdown to Murder', the fourth film in the saga, the protagonist Billie Blessings (Holly Robinson Peete, the face of the franchise) must unravel the crime committed against the owner of a supermarket. It is a story without high points or elements that make it stand out, but it should please those who seek a traditional police plot and with elements always present in films of the genre. It is the sagacious investigator, the brief twists, the villain with two faces, the corrupt policeman and so on. Those who want a differentiated police plot may be disappointed. After all, this franchise is the typical rice and beans. It only does the conventional, but well done. And that's what counts."
