In ancient China, Zhi Ming trains at the legendary Northern Shaolin temple to avenge the death of his father at the hands of a nefarious magistrate.
"Chinese actor and wushu champion Jet Li is one of the most widely recognized martial arts stars in cinema and, like many of his contemporaries, had his beginnings in films from his home country. 'Shaolin Martial Arts' is the third installment in the Shaolin film series, and only the fourth in Li's filmography, where he put his remarkable talent to the service of the camera to achieve truly spectacular action sequences. It is not the most visually interesting movie, but if you like martial arts, are attracted to Chinese traditions or are a fan of Jet Li, give it a chance."
