Dr. Louis Creed and his wife, Rachel, relocate from Boston to rural Maine with their two young children. The couple soon discover a mysterious burial ground hidden deep in the woods near their new home.
"This is a remake of the 1989 classic (the one with the Ramones song), which in turn was based on a Stephen King book. The story about death and the inability to accept it remains the same, but unfortunately, the new 'Pet Sematary' does not maintain the qualities of the original and is a bit predictable. Still, it is a consistent horror and a great way to get familiar with King's works and themes."
