After a governor issues an executive order to arrest the children of undocumented immigrants, the newly detained youth are offered an opportunity to have their charges dropped by volunteering to provide care to the elderly.
"A mix of horror, comedy, and drama, the film American Carnage has a plot deeply rooted in reality: children of immigrants are detained and then deported from the United States. The only solution found by this group (featuring names like Jenna Ortega, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., and Yumarie Morales) is to care for the elderly in a retirement home in order to maintain the possibility of staying in the United States. However, the group soon discovers that the place hides sinister secrets, and they are part of a bloody plan - and that's where the terror from director Diego Hallivis comes in, who doesn't always handle the different genres with finesse, but perhaps knows how to entertain."
