Paris, 1920s. Marguerite Dumont is a wealthy woman, lover of the music and the opera. She loves to sing, although she's not a good singer. Both her friends and her husband have kept her fantasy. The problem begins when she decides to perform in front of a real audience.
"A movie about determination and courage to pursue one's dreams, even when they seem the furthest away possible. A French dramedy that, inspired by the true story of British Florence Foster Jenkins, builds a new and fascinating narrative. Awarded at the Venice Film Festival and winner of four César Awards."
