By its very nature, 'Corte de amor' ('Lovecut') has a somewhat scattered narrative, and some stories are inevitably more interesting than others. However, there is value in the whole: it is a portrait of a generation, exploring their ideas about identity, love and sexuality in the fast-paced - and dangerous - digital world. Young audiences will identify with it, but it's worth watching for parents with teenagers too: they'll understand many things."
