""Amina" tells the true story of the warrior of the Zazzau Empire, Queen Amina. She used her skills and military tactics to protect the kingdom of her family. Set in the 16th century, the production is a period drama dominated by an emotional roller coaster: while it is full of action and adventure, it also manages to emotionally touch the viewer. The film shows the incredible legacy of a great woman who lived in a time completely dominated by men (ok, even though this reality still exists, times are better).
