After suffering a loss, a painter finds his inspiration to create again.
"From the same animator of great Pixar productions like 'Soul', 'Toy Story 4', 'Coco' and others, Frank E. Abney III makes his directorial debut with this short film. Very well done, with a high level of quality, 'Canvas' tells the story of an elderly man who lost his artistic inspiration after suffering a loss. Abney III did a beautiful job that manages to be captivating and also inclusive. Netflix has proven to be a good platform for new voices, especially among the short films released in 2020."
