A former police officer creates his own security force in Ryd, leading to conflicts and making the town inhospitable.
In Ryd there is no longer a police station, as Kjell Johansson has created its own security guard. He patrols the streets with dogs, searchlights and iron bars. This leads to Ryd becoming an inhospitable place for all unwelcome.
