"In 2017, Stefon Bristol directed a short film called 'See You Yesterday', blending science-fiction and social commentary. The video was a hit with none other than Spike Lee, who is producing the feature-length adaptation of the story - which was bought exclusively by Netflix. In the story, a genius teen named CJ discovers how to time travel. After her brother's death at the hands of police, she attempts to use the experiment to save him - which leads to a host of other complications. Funny and profound all at once."
