"Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette, known simply as Colette, was one of the greatest French writers from the late 19th century to the early 20th century, as well as being an actress and journalist. A woman ahead of her time, played in this biopic by Keira Knightley (“Pride & Prejudice”), who is impeccable. This is a story of highs and lows, with a lot of overcoming and inspiring. By the way: at the beginning, there are certain parallels between Colette's story and another movie, "The Wife"."
