An adventurer faces challenges adapting to warming winters through dry-tooling, combining ice and sport climbing across Europe.
It is a fact that our winters are getting less and less cold. It is therefore increasingly difficult to obtain the conditions for ice climbing. Fortunately, man adapts to his environment and progresses: this is how dry-tooling, a combo of ice climbing and sport climbing, was born. This film will introduce you to this discipline: its history, its evolution and the current practice from Chamonix to Italy, Grenoble and other places.
