It is based on U.S. Marshal Mason Pollard who is specialized in engineering the fake deaths of witnesses that leaves no trace of their existence.
"For many entertainment specialists, the original movie ‘Eraser’ marked the end of an era for action films. Just like in the first film, this new production from Warner Bros. tells the story of an imposing sheriff who "erases" or protects people flawlessly in his plan. It is a way to revive the best of the classic starring Arnold Schwarzenegger: great scenes with explosions and shootings in the middle of a tense pursuit. In addition, it strengthens its solid protagonist who reaches the height of the original sheriff Mason Pollard."
