When her egg fortuitously rolls into a rubbish dump, Robin is raised by a loving family of mice. As she grows up, her differences become more apparent. Robin sets off on the heist to end all heists to prove to her family that she can be a really good mouse but ends up discovering who she really is.
"Created by the renowned British stop motion animation studio Aardman Animations (of 'Chicken Run' and 'Shaun the Sheep'), this fun short film is about a robin who accidentally falls into a trash dump full of rats even before hatching. Raised by the rodents as if it were one of them, the bird feels that it doesn't fit in. It's a very tender movie, ideal for the Christmas season, as it speaks of true belonging and the value of family, regardless of blood ties. Even though visually it may not be as complex as the other animated wonders from the studio, it is still a true technical achievement that immediately catches the eye thanks to its impeccable art direction."
