Thomas and Bea are now married and living with Peter and his rabbit family. Bored of life in the garden, Peter goes to the big city, where he meets shady characters and ends up creating chaos for the whole family.
"After the unexpected success of the first movie, the lovable Peter Rabbit returns in an equally positive sequel: in the best 'Afternoon Session' style, with cute characters and a story that entertains children without fear. In the plot, we follow the unusual family formed by Bea (Rose Byrne), Thomas (Domhnall Gleeson) and their rabbits in a moment of crisis after Peter Rabbit runs away to the big city -- in one of those typical journeys of self-discovery and so on. Similar to what we saw in 'Paddington Adventures', although not as impactful, 'Peter Rabbit 2' manages to entertain in this mix of live action with animation with a simple plot and still with plenty of room for children and adults to have a few good laughs and get emotional."
