"A completely outrageous comedy road movie, 'I Love My Mum' is a choice for those looking for something totally crazy, that kind of nonsense comedy where things just keep happening one after the other, with not much logic or connection, just a frantic dynamic that never stops, and keeps snowballing into actions and reactions. It's not exactly an overly elaborate comedy, nor does it strive to deliver much. It could have had a more careful finish and a less careless development, but maybe an unpretentious and absurd road movie is exactly what you want to watch."
