"Johnny Depp as we are rarely accustomed to seeing. After all, the actor usually ventures into exotic and lightweight roles, very different from what he does in 'The Professor'. In this sensitive drama, Depp moves us and proves that he is more versatile than his other films show. This production is an incentive even though it is a sad story. We often don't appreciate the little things in life and if there's one thing 2020 showed - with the coronavirus pandemic - it's how quickly our passage in this world can be and how important it is to appreciate every moment. 'The Professor' is one of those moving films that make you reflect on everything and see it in a new way."
