"After 'Alpha Dog' and 'The Social Network', Justin Timberlake didn't have great roles in movies nor challenging ones. He participated in romantic comedies, science fictions, and even animations in the last 10 years and none of the characters were memorable. In 'Palmer', the singer and actor proposed to face a protagonist different from everything he had already shown on the big screen and executed this challenge with mastery. It is worth mentioning that Timberlake and the young actor, Ryder Allen, are the highlights of the movie, which delivers a sincere story about redemption and personal acceptance. Without a doubt, a success for Justin Timberlake's career and also for the director and actor, Fisher Stevens."
