"Seen decades after its release, 'Dinosaur' may seem too outdated of a movie. The animation effects are no longer as good, the story may not seem exciting and the characters are cliché -- after all, Disney itself invested in dinosaurs again in the mediocre 'The Good Dinosaur'. However, this 2000 film has a magic that belongs to it indelibly. Even though it has all the problems listed above, the characters are likable, albeit simple. The plot is engaging. And the goal of the protagonist-dinosaur, who embarks on a Jurassic road trip, entertains and moves anyone. It's not perfect, nor the best animation of Disney's decade. However, 'Dinosaur' deserves to be remembered for its pleasant plot and good moments."
