Why watch this film?
During a weekend a group of friends, holed up in an isolated house in the countryside, are attacked by a swarm of killer mosquitos that fest on human flesh like piranhas.
"Although insects are essential for maintaining balance on Earth, these little creatures also evoke feelings such as fear, disgust and despair. That's why insects and arachnids are often portrayed in movies from this perspective, such as in 'Arachnophobia', 'Tropical Terror' and, to a lesser extent, the exciting 'Attack of the Cursed Worms'. Now, this Z production focuses on genetically modified mosquitoes that attack people like piranhas. Under the direction of Italian filmmaker Riccardo Paoletti, the feature film takes 'Sharknado' as inspiration and plays with this winged threat. No doubt, a terror to laugh, have fun and start hearing the night buzzes from another perspective."
