"A portrait of the struggle of scientists, doctors and postgraduates to complete their research on infectious and neglected diseases that affect Brazil and the world. A necessary documentary that manages to draw a parallel between the current political situation of the country and also due to the pandemic faced in 2020. 'Science of Resistance' was a project partially funded by the British institution One World Media and by a crowdfunding. The very way the film managed to come to life is a reflection of other sectors that do not have the necessary investment in Brazil."
